By downloading, installing, or using Cartify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including free and Pro subscribers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Cartify. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have parental or guardian consent.
Cartify is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food products by scanning them with your device's camera. The App provides:

The content provided by Cartify, including all AI-generated analyses, verdicts, explanations, and recommendations:

You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts for purposes of abuse or spam.
Free Plan: Includes up to 10 product scans per calendar month. Scan count resets on the first day of each month.

You agree not to use Cartify to:
Cartify and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the AI analysis system, design, logos, and trademarks) are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your scan history and health profile data belong to you. You grant us a limited license to use this data to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cartify uses artificial intelligence to generate nutritional analyses and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cartify, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cartify is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
